Edit video

I have the raw footage and a separate video file. When I edited it in davinci resolve, the video flicker or skips. I don't know how to describe it. But, I've attached my rendered video here. what I want you to do is to edit my footage as shown in my rendered footage so that I can upload to youtube.

video is about four minutes long. I will send you a link to the dropbox file once the agreement is set.
