Edit some videos for TikTok -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need four videos to be made, each somewhere in the range of 45 seconds to 1 minute long, out of approximately fifteen minutes of footage.
I would like them to be formatted for tiktok, utilizing lots of cuts in order to fit as much information in as short a space as possible, as well as DYNAMIC ZOOM.
Here are two references. These is a relatively extreme examples — the individual speakers do not need to be completely isolated within the frame, but this is an idea of the kind of eye-casting 'zoom' effect that we want.

I need relatively quick turnaround on this, but if you do a good job it could turn into something very stable, as I need a lot of these videos going forward.
I would prefer that these videos be turned in one at a time, as you finish working on them, so I will set up the milestones to pay as you deliver each one.
