Edit and polish my videos for posting on youtube

I am a speaker on strategy and leadership. Each week I will be posting videos on social media and I need an excellent, helpful, open-minded video editor. They will be between 5 and 15 mins. Putting in the intro and outro sequence, sound enhancement, subtitles, background over green screen, background music... Initially, I want to plan on 10 videos on the same format, and then we will look at regular ongoing work each month.
