Edit 5-min videos and make them look professional

Looking to make about two 5-minute tourism videos per month in the style of Johnny Harris (https://www.youtube.com/@johnnyharris), albeit with lower budget and fewer camera angles. It's for YouTube, but will hopefully be shared on some tourism industry websites. I can help select and provide B-roll and music from Storyblocks if the editor doesn't already have a video bank subscription. I would write and record the entire script to camera from my home studio, and the video editor would (with some creative collaboration) make it into a polished piece with external video clips, possible animations, text overlay, etc.

Would like to pay a fixed fee per 5-minute video.
