Edit and color correct diving video

I have GoPro footage! I would like to have:
#1 Professional editing.
#2 Color correction, White balance, underwater light adjustment, subtraction of filters where they were used
#3 Decent transitions and music overlay
#4 Ensure that the focus is on storytelling, Fish, Corals look for specific fish in the videos and make sure they are brought out (sting ray, turtles, emprop angel, golden butterfuly, box fish, tangs etc...)
#5 Output in 4K, preferably Dolby Vision
#6 logical sequencing of the scenes
#7 10 ~12 min final product
