Edit Youtube Videos

I have a cooking channel on youtube and I have been making a ton of videos ( only uploaded 6 of them though) I am so sure about the quality and know for sure that they need to be tweaked but I am only good at cooking the food! I need someone to help me edit my videos and on a long term basis. I currently have 113 videos ready to be edited and uploaded ( I will do the uploading) and need someone who knows what he or she is doing and deliver the best quality possible! my question for you is how many years of experience do you have in the video editing business and how much would you charge per ONE video based on this video right here (watch and quote a price based on the editing needs of the video below)
