I need an editor to cut down and transform my existing animated vlog videos into 30 YouTube Shorts. The shorts should have a humorous and light-hearted tone.

Requirements:
- Use of specific sections from vlogs is not needed; editor's choice is fine
- Add a specific outro that I'll provide
