Edit an English video into Chinese (exchange English text with Chinese, add new files of Chinese audio, etc.)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are an elearning company from Berlin, Germany.

We need an Video Editor (m/f/d) that can edit a video like that.
What is needed is:
1. Take English Audio out
2. Put Chinese Audi in
3. Exchange English with Chinese texts (incl. Chinese font)
4. Render the video and deliver it to us
We would prefer to hire an video editor that is capable of
a) speaking Chinese (at best mother tongue)
b) speak English
c) able to edit videos in a video editor like Movie, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro CC
