What We're Looking For:
Technical Excellence
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder – you should be fluent
Understanding of storytelling, rhythm, pacing, and tone
Professionalism
Strong communication skills, Daily progress reporting, Able to take feedback and implement fast
Availability & Commitment
Remote (Mon–Fri)
9 AM – 7 PM IST (flexible hours, but consistent output)
Minimum 1 documentary video/week (5–12 minutes) ((2 -4 videos/Mo))
The Content:
We’re building a channel focused on high-quality, engaging, faceless YouTube documentaries — visually rich, well-paced, and informative. You’ll be responsible for stitching together visuals, motion graphics, and sound to turn voiceovers and scripts into compelling video narratives.
Budget is 180$ to 200$ per video. (Depend on experience)
