Dynamic Video Editor for Celebrity Channel
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Hi there,
We're currently looking for a video editor to join our team of editors — You will be editing for a channel focused on Black American celebrities, mainly from the 90s and early 2000s.
We cover rumors, conspiracy theories, and legacy stories involving major figures like Prince, Michael Jackson, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Clive Davis, Will Smith, Quincy Jones, and more.
Project Scope
Video Duration: ~20 minutes
Script Length: ~3,000 words
Style: Fast-paced, highly visual — especially during the intro
Work Amount: You will receive 1 video every 2 days (more or less) - Not at first, as we’re currently building the team. Expect production to scale up in the following month.
About Deadlines: You’re expected to deliver these videos in 4 working days (including fixes after feedback)
GENERAL EDITING PRINCIPLES!
The intro is the most important part of every video. It must be high-quality, cinematic, and attention-grabbing.
After the intro, editing quality can be scaled back to save time and cost — focusing more on celebrity footage, stock clips, and voiceover syncing.
