Dynamic Reels Editor Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m building out an ongoing editing roster for my creative marketing agency and need someone who can turn 20–80-second Instagram Reels into thumb-stopping content. The bulk of the projects you’ll touch are for high-energy gym brands, though I also handle Airbnb, real-estate, and founder profiles, so range is a plus.
Here’s the vibe: energetic, dynamic cuts that keep viewers glued from the first frame. Think fast pacing, seamless transitions, speed ramps, smart zooms, masking tricks, and motion-blur that feels natural rather than gimmicky. You should be comfortable weaving in AI-generated visuals, AI B-roll, animation, and effects so they feel native to the footage, not layered on top of it.
Clean motion graphics are non-negotiable—kinetic typography, crisp captions, icons, subtle UI animations, all timed to the beat. If you live inside Premiere Pro, After Effects, or even DaVinci Resolve and CapCut for quick drafts, you’ll fit right in.
Typical Deliverables
• 3–5 Reels per brand per week, each 20–80 seconds
• Final exports in 9:16 (1080 × 1920) H.264 + caption file
• Source project file with organized layers & assets
Acceptance Criteria
• Hook established within first 1–3 seconds
• No frame drops; smooth motion and audio sync throughout
• AI elements blend seamlessly with live footage
• Captions 99% accurate and styled to brand guidelines
When you respond, drop links to past work that best shows your short-form editing chops—gym or fitness pieces especially catch my eye. If we click, I’ll send over raw footage to edit a paid test reel and, from there, roll into long-term collaboration.
