Dynamic Podcast Video Editing and Promotion

Hey, good evening. I’m starting a podcast. Video podcast. Looking for professional editing. My podcast is myself commenting on an interview. Interviews are on youtube. My idea is the following:
-screen split in to two
-looking at the screen left side - the YouTube video of the person being interviewed.
-right side: myself all the time.
-audio: the YouTube audio playing. So my audience listens to the interview and see how I’m reacting. I might made a random comment or expression but irrelevant.
-dynamic: eventually, I’ll pause the YouTube video; video will be pause on the left side of the screen. I’ll give my comment/opinion for X amount of time. YouTube Video will resume. And eventually I’ll pause it again.
-has to be 4K or more as target audience watch these on TVs
-need thumbnail for the video as well

YouTube interview I want to start with is around 1h. With my comments etc should end up being 1h45min or less

Can you do it? Turnout time? Seems straightforward but I need someone who can do it properly. Two videos with two audios to be adjusted properly.

Looking for someone who can also:
-after final result, we work together to make a 20-30min version.
-take all these 1h45min content and divide it on reels/shorts etc for YouTube and IG promotion.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for better search ranking.
- Design custom transitions between segments to maintain viewer engagement.
- Add appropriate background music during commentary segments.
- Insert chapter markers in the video for easier navigation.
- Create a professional intro for the podcast episodes.
- Design multiple engaging video thumbnails to test for higher click-through rates..

I’ve many ideas in mind; looking for someone who’s fast, agile , creative and good to work with

Content will be mainly in English and Spanish!
