Drone Video & Photos for Land Sale
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for an experienced drone photographer/videographer to capture stunning footage and photos of our block and the estate on Mt Whitsunday. The primary purpose of this project is to create compelling content that will help sell the land.
Key Requirements:
- Highlighting Scenic Views: The video and photos should capture the breathtaking views from our block.
- Showcasing Property Features: I need the video and photos to effectively showcase the features of our block.
- Surrounding Amenities: Please include footage and photos of the amenities in the surrounding area and the homes on our gated estate.
Style: The content needs to be cinematic in nature. It should be visually stunning and designed to impress potential buyers.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in drone operation and aerial photography/videography
- Previous experience in real estate drone photography/videography
- Ability to create cinematic content
- Excellent understanding of showcasing property features and surrounding amenities
Hi All,
We are selling our block on the Mt Whitsunday Estate and are looking to get a drone video completed from up the mountain through the gates, up through the estate showing the quality of the builds in the estate and then back down to the our block showing the blue stone wall and around to the driveway entrance and then showing the complte block and the views you would have at a first floor level and then a second floor level.
We will also require edited photos of the block with boundary lines we have the block plans etc that we can supply for an overlay.
The block is being slashed next Tuesday and will be ready for taking the video any time after that.
