Documentary/Explainer-type Video Creator for Finance Youtube Channel

I'm looking for a team/or only video editor who can provide documentary/explainer-type videos for my channel in the finance niche. Documentary/explainer-type video inspired by vox, lemmino, chill fuel, and so on. However, motion graphics are not needed in every second of the video:).

Our goal is to make videos on this theme, but with our own better twist (some motion graphics, interesting clips instead of only stock videos, better music...) for better engagement. Therefore our script wont be long, as the speaker will be speaking mostly in the videos.
I will provide only the video topic. I would like it if the video clips won't contain only stock-free videos (because it's boring for the viewer). Our main priority should be that the viewer is engaged in the video.
The current budget is $55 per video for script+voiceover(non-ai)+editing and
length 5-10min, however price can be negotiated.
