Divide videos into small parts

My project is to divide a video of 30-60 minutes into smaller parts with varying lengths. The purpose of dividing the video is for educational use. This requires experienced skills and a good eye for keeping the content’s quality unchanged during the cuts. Furthermore, a smooth transition between the separated video clips needs to be provided. The project will require an individual with experience in video editing with attention to detail. It should also be noted that the output should meet quality standards and completely fulfill the requirements specified.
