Dashcam video trimming

Hello,
I need to outsource moderation/trimming of raw video content. There is a large database of video footage from dashcam, drone, etc which needs to be processed, work is suitable for entry level moderator/video editor.
work expectations:
- to trim out interesting parts out of the video (crashes, faults of other drivers, unexpected situations, road range, etc)
- create short clips (ranging from seconds to few minutes top) to be uploaded online later
equipment:
- video content will be provided on remote drive that can be accessed online
- remote desktop environment (a remote computer running in a cloud) will be provided free of charge
- software tools will be provided as installed software on remote desktop free of charge (no additional license necessary)
- moderator/editor can connect remotely to the remote environment and work within it as in a regular computer
- resources of remote desktop (CPU, GPU, HDD) can be utilized for computing video and storage
- good low latency internet connection is required locally on the side of video editor
most suitable for:
- entry level / junior / student interested in getting very basic experience in video editing / trimming
- person interested in potential YouTube video channel management and building brands
- perfectly suitable for side project up to couple hours / month
- if person interested in self-development, more responsibilities can be assigned
office hours
- no office hours are required, work as you need and as suits you whenever there is a new footage
- however it is mostly suitable to work between 11PM-7AM GMT+1 time due to better bandwidth
budget & payments
- pay per raw video minutes processed preferred, pay per hour possible - up to 7 usd / hour
- up to 6 hours of videos can be processed (by experience) in one hour of trimming work
