Creative video editor for engaging, native TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts videos

Looking for a creative person with understanding of TikTok algorithm, hooks, video description, trends, captions and hashtags to help me create short form engaging videos. Currently focused on multiple other projects so need someone with deep understanding of native video creation and editing to help me with this.

Video Length:
- 6-30 seconds

Video category:
- Talking directly to the camera
- Lifestyle
- Travel
- Fitness

Goal:
- To find the right hook for the videos
- Edit the clips together in a super engaging and attention grabbing way and with the highest quality possible (I can provide videos in resolutions up to 4K 60 fps and 200Mbps bitrate and all formats
- Add engaging hashtags or relative on screen photos depending on the video
- Find the right up trending sounds to go with it
- Help me with growing my personal brand and social media accounts

Quantity:
- 3-4 per day so around 21-28 per week

Skills:
- Must know how to retain viewers to up the engagement rates, views and followers
- Must be able to provide feedback on my current videos so I can improve them
- Must have a deep understanding of native video styles especially for TikTok.

+ Bonus if you live on TikTok/Reels/Shorts and are a heavy user yourself so you know the ins and out very well.
