We are looking for a Creative Video Marketer and Ads Specialist who can turn ideas into powerful marketing content that drives real leads.

Role: Video Creator + Performance Marketer
Location: Remote (India / International)
Type: Freelance / Project-based

Project Requirement (Clear Scope):
We need:
2 to 4 High-Quality Promotional Videos
4 to 6 Attractive Creative Pamphlets (Ad Creatives)

What You’ll Do:

- Create engaging promotional videos for services like Data Analytics, Training, BPO, and Automation
- Design eye-catching pamphlets / ad creatives for campaigns
- Suggest the best ad strategy (Meta / Google / YouTube Ads)
- Focus on lead generation and conversions, not just views
- If possible, set up and manage ad campaigns (this will be an added advantage)

What We Expect:

- Experience in video editing and ad creative design
- Ability to create short-form videos (Reels / Shorts), service demo videos, and ad creatives
- Strong understanding of what makes users click and convert
- Must share portfolio or previous work

Bonus If You Have:

- Experience with startup marketing
- Knowledge of AI tools for video/design
- Ability to suggest high-performing ad concepts
