Description:
Multi-Camera Interview filmed with 3 cameras. We're searching for a skilled video editor for our interview-style video series. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of storytelling, and technical expertise in blending footage from three distinct cameras.

Camera Details:

Each episode was filmed with 3 cameras, which are:

1. Cam 01: Sony a6400
2. Cam 02: Samsung s22 Ultra
3. Cam 03: GoPro Hero9 (or an iPad Pro 12.9)

Project Specifics:
• An EDL (editing decision list) with timestamps will be provided for each video to streamline the editing process.
• Episode lengths vary from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Duties encompass color correction, audio production/cleaning, and motion graphics. We provide numerous pre-purchased Premiere Pro presets for motion graphics, text, and elements.

Responsibilities:
• Edit 20-22 episodes based on our EDL.
• Collaborate and integrate feedback for revisions as needed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in video editing with at least 3 examples.
• Experience in producing short-form videos from long-form content is a plus.

Compensation:
Payment will be structured on a per-episode basis, reflecting your experience and the quality of work. The breakdown is as follows:

• 25% Upfront: This will be provided at the start of work on each episode.
• 25% First Draft: Payable upon our receipt and review of the initial cut.
• 50% Completion: The balance will be released after the final, approved version is delivered and meets our requirements.

We believe in fair compensation for quality work and are open to negotiations based on demonstrated expertise and the nuances of this project.
