What We’re Looking For:
A creative and deadline-driven freelance video editor who lives and breathes sports. You’ll work closely with our marketing and recruiting teams to produce highlight reels and custom athlete videos that get the attention of college coaches and scouts across the country.
Responsibilities:
Edit raw sports footage into dynamic, professional highlight reels
Add slow motion, callouts, spot shadows, and custom graphics
Sync music and voiceovers to maximize emotional and recruiting impact
Format videos for YouTube, Hudl, Twitter, Instagram, and email campaigns
Meet strict deadlines and revision requests with professionalism
Skills Needed:
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
Experience editing football, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, or track & field highlights
Strong understanding of what college coaches look for in recruiting videos
Attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to follow brand guidelines
Bonus: Experience in motion graphics or animations
