Scope of Work
We are looking for a freelancer or small creative team who can handle end-to-end visual content creation for our completed and ongoing projects.
Work includes:
• Professional photo shoots of interior projects
• Video shoots (cinematic walkthroughs, site progress, before–after, details)
• Creating reels / short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Editing videos with:
o Smooth transitions
o Trending / professional background music
o Text overlays, branding, and captions
• Deliverables suitable for:
o Social media posting
o Company profile / portfolio
o Client presentations & marketing use
Requirements
• Experience in interior / architecture / real estate videography preferred
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, and space detailing
• Skilled in mobile or DSLR / mirrorless shooting
• Strong video editing & reel creation skills
• Ability to follow brand aesthetics and timelines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
