Create a youtube video with the help of stock videos

We are in need of a video editor who can find, edit, and add stock videos to make it ready for our YouTube channel. We are looking for someone who can assemble stock footage into a finished project that matches our vision and is suitable for broadcasting. You should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story. We will be sharing the script and theme of the video.
