Create a video for me and voiceover (if possible)

hello, I would like to find someone that can create videos for me very regularly, documentary style editing, i can provide examples.
i also need a voiceover to these videos but that is optional i can find the voiceovers elsewhere if you would just like to do the video.
I dont want to spend a lot per video but please bear in mind i want these very regularly 2-4 times a week.
