Create some shorts on recorded voice over

I have some short script which I have recorded. All files are less than 1 minute each. I want video editor who can put topic related stock footages and make a video on the voiceover.
Note: Its a long term project. We are a digital marketing agency and want you create those shorts for us on regular basis.
