Create a snippet of video from an online video
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I will provide a link to a video online that is more than 1 hour long. I want just a 2 minute segment to be copied (with audio) and then be uploaded to a Vimeo account so it can be viewed. Think of it like taking a long movie and creating a short scene of a few minutes from it. I will specify exact start and stop times.
If I were to do it myself, I might use OBS to do the recording part of it, and Da Vinci to do the editing. And then upload to Vimeo.
