Create short videos for me

I am looking for a long term relationship with some one who is ready to work on timely basis to create short videos for me. The video files have to be cut and rendered and uploaded to google drive. Entry level skill is only required in premiere. This work could have long term potential. There might be a screening initially. Also communication is the key.
