Create and edit videos for my product the MicroMaster, electronics background required
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a product called the MicroMaster. It is a small circuit board about the size of a deck of cards, used to troubleshoot and hack into electronic devices. I need someone who can edit my videos (I will provide the raw videos, you just have to edit them), and consult on ways to improve its visibility on YouTube and social media. I have a website Www.micromaster.io which is still a work in progress. The video editing I need is rather simple. Basically, all I need is someone to edit my videos to show what I am demonstrating, which will require displaying a computer screen and the demonstration at the same time. I am looking for someone who is enthusiastic and speaks English fluently (an initial video interview will be required). It is more important that you have a good understanding of electronics than your video editing skills. If you can understand what a Bus Pirate is, you will be able to understand my product.
I will not have the actual product to make the raw content for up to two months, so the actual work will be scheduled for the future. However, I am looking to create a long term relationship with someone who can edit my videos and consult on ways to market them and the product for my company, MicroMaster LLC. Initially, I will pay you a few hours to consult on how we should make the videos (with me filming and you editing), and then the real work will begin when the product comes from the factory.
The videos I have now on the website are terrible and unless you know what the product already is, you will not understand them. The product is basically a vastly improved Bus Pirate. Please review videos of the bus pirate to see what the competition is doing so we can find ways to improve upon it with my product.
If you have a background in electronics and can understand my product enough to fo the filming yourself, I will gladly pay you to do that. Basically this is a open ended contract and the more valuable you can make yourself, the more work you will get. Basically, I am looking for a youtube expert who knows how to make excellent product videos.
