Create a commercial video clip

Good afternoon from Fort Lauderdale. I have bean gathering footage of commercial office spaces. We are close to completing a project. I have 40 minutes of video footage edited down to a 1 minute piece and a 2 minute piece. Clips need to be transitioned together cleanly in 5 second clips over music. Some intro graphics, color grading, transition graphics and description subtitles. Content rich 1 minute and 2 minute complete piece.
