Create Videos for You-tube using Cyberlink / Filmora (5 to 15 minute) - Long term, weekly 2 videos

The content will be shared across 3 chosen candidates and they will have to help us to build the videos for us. This project is for 5 months (long term).
However, user can opt for total minutes (what I prefer is 10 minute video 1000 INR i.e 20$ per week).
All effects can be used (effects repository available / you can use your own repository).
If you want more time to be spent, monthly I can afford (40 minutes per month - 25$) 10000 INR for effective enrollment. Beginner skills are also welcome if they are able to provide some quality videos trimmed from content.
