I am looking to build a small team of committed partners to start and grow a long-term YouTube channel business. This is not a typical freelance job. Instead, I am looking for partners who want to build something together and share the success of the channel.
The idea is to create a YouTube channel where each team member contributes their skills and receives a share of the profits based on their role, responsibilities, and contribution. We will discuss and finalize everything through a clear agreement/contract, including profit sharing and responsibilities.
My Role:
I will act as the leading partner and the face of the YouTube channel if needed. I will manage the YouTube account, handle communication, and help guide the overall direction of the project.

Editing YouTube videos
Adding effects, transitions, and captions
Preparing videos for upload
YouTube SEO Specialist
Writing titles, tags, descriptions, and captions
Optimizing videos for better reach and growth
Helping improve channel visibility
Audio Editor (Optional but Preferred)
Improving sound quality
Cleaning background noise
Ensuring professional audio output
We will first discuss and decide the niche and concept of the YouTube channel together. Once we agree on the idea, we will start working as a team and formalize everything through an agreement.
