Create Explanation Videos For Different Topics

I have a few topics for which I need explanation videos for my employees so that they can learn by watching it. The video doesn't need to have any sound, but there should be titles and pops ups that help them learn. My employees should learn the topic by the end of watching it. So it should be very easy to follow and learn. I can provide attractive Premier Pro and After Effects (or any Adobe video software) Title templates if that is required.
