Create Educational Music Video in Premiere Pro

Create an education music video for children from music, titles, credits, slides and stock video (project media) we provide.
Project folder contents: "It's a Small World" new project including project media; "Galaxy Express 999" finished project
1) Review and understand "Galaxy Express 999" project
2) Use that to start the same type of project for "It's a Small World"
3) Combine the included project media to make a video to teach children the Disney classic "It's a Small World"
We are using this first project to select an editor or editors to work with us on many similar projects. After a brief learning curve, video assembly should take 1-2 hours of work in Premiere Pro. We target a $30-50 project budget for this and future projects.
