Create an Animoto video from a series of photos- URGENT 6 Hour completion

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an Animoto video from a series of photos. The video should be about 3 minutes in length and will be used for marketing/advertising purposes. While I don't have a specific style or theme in mind, I do have a rough idea of what I want.
Skills and experience needed for this project include:
- Proficiency in using Animoto or similar video editing software
- Creative and artistic skills to bring the photos to life in an engaging way
- Ability to understand and interpret the client's rough idea and turn it into a visually appealing video
- Attention to detail to ensure the video flows smoothly and effectively communicates the marketing message
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the client and make any necessary revisions or adjustments to the video.
-Ability to add sound to the video and line up the photos to the sound for maximum effect
-Ability to add effects to the videos like words, and to circle or highlight some information on certain images.
-Complete the job in 6 hours or less
