Court Video Editing

I need a skilled video editor to work on footage for trial proceedings, focusing specifically on witness testimonies. The assailant attacked the car window but it is hard to see. Video may need to be slowed down to accurately show assailant attacking vehicle. The primary purpose of this video is for a court case.
