Corporate Stage Motion Graphics

I’m producing a corporate event and need a polished motion-graphics video that will serve as the main holding slide on our full-width LED backdrop. This piece will sit on-screen before and between segments, so it has to look crisp, loop seamlessly, and immediately set the tone for the show.

Here’s what I already know:
• Context –I shall give an event theme and design which is already in palce. various elements such as JPEGs and open files of the pictures
• Focus – one deliverables: a motion-graphic holding slide that spans the entire LED canvas. It should subtly animate (light movement, logo reveal, or ambient particles—open to creative input) without distracting from walk-on announcements or voice-overs.
- Focus and build another 9 motion graphic slides other slides shall include
*Speaker panel discussion slide (content we shall provide) - these will be 4 panel discussion so 4 videos
*one motion graphic video for animating the logos of the sponor during panel discussions
* one motion video for chairman address

- All in all we anticipate total of 10.

What I need from you:
Video files in the output ratio that I mention after awarding the project. All these will be in high definitiaon (not 4K or not fully HD). FPS - 30 frames per second.

Acceptance criteria:
1. 100 % pixel-perfect fit to the LED wall resolution (final specs supplied at kickoff).
2. Smooth 30-second loop with no visible jump cut.
3. Colour, typography, and motion direction must align with the approved storyboard.

Final deliverable need to be with us by 5 June 1800 hrs as the event is on 7 June.
