Convert Spanish Tech Movie to English(11min)

I have a Spanish-language web-technology film that runs just under 15 minutes and I need it fully accessible to an English-speaking audience. The assignment breaks down into three connected tasks:
• Translate every line of spoken Spanish into smooth, idiomatic English. Accuracy comes first—there are only a few industry terms, but they must be rendered with precise technical vocabulary and the same tone as the original speakers.
• Create perfectly timed English subtitles. I’ll need the .SRT file and a hard-subbed version so viewers can watch with text straight on screen.
• Replace the Spanish audio with an English voice-over track.
Deliverables I’ll review for sign-off:
1. Final English subtitle file (.SRT) synced to the video
2. Hard-subbed copy of the film
3. English-dubbed version in the same resolution and frame rate as the source
4. Separate text document of the full translated script
