Convert Final Cut Pro videos for Instagram Stories to TikTok Videos

I have 215 Final Cut Pro Videos made for Instagram Stories (1080x1920). Now they need to be made for Tiktok. While the resolution requirements (1080x1920) are the same for TikTok, I'm finding that when I post the instagram stories videos onto TikTok, they are zoomed in and cut off text (maybe aspect ratio?).
