Content Creator / SM Manager

Job Description:
Looking for a creative Content Creator to develop engaging social media content. The role involves creating Instagram reels, posts, and stories that drive engagement, build trust, and generate leads. If creativity and story telling are strength—this work is for you.

Responsibilities:
Create engaging, high-quality reels, carousels, and posts for Instagram
Edit and repurpose content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X)
Work with the team to track performance and improve content strategy

Requirements:
Experience in content creation, video editing & social media marketing
Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Understanding of Instagram growth strategies
Ability to work independently
If you can handle content strategy, it's a plus!

Compensation:
Fixed monthly stipend (INR 5K, up-to 3 months) + performance-based bonuses for engagement. If key milestones are achieved, this role can transition into a full-time position.
