Complex video edit merging one video into another and adding water into one

I've got a really tricky video edit I'm looking for someone who can do. It involves adding water from a video and merging with another video which already has the ground water. I need the merge of the 2 videos to be seamless so you can't tell it was 2 videos. About 30 sec or a bit less of footage needs to have the water added to it. The first link has the water in the video. The second video is without the water and I have tried to take the same path and at the same time in the vehicle as the first video. It is in this video I want the water onto the ground added and matched up to the first video.
