Colour and edit a short video

We have a video that we want to tweak to look similar to another video. This will involve playing with speeds, editing out some parts and also making the video look as professional as possible with colours.

The video we want to achieve is of the girl wearing sunglasses. Our video is of the girl in the white gown.
