Color balancing in Adobe Premiere Pro

I have 4 camera views of a conference speech. I've already edited it together in Adobe Premiere Pro. It's 27 minutes in total, but the color balance does not look great. I'd like to hire someone to color balance and make tweaks to the editing if necessary. For example, I don't have any zooming or panning -- it's really basic editing.
For this project, you must use Adobe Premiere Pro, so that I can make further changes after you are done.
