Clerkenwell Design Week - Conference Live Streaming

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to provide live streaming services for a VIP conference on the 25th May at Clerkenwell Design Week. The expected duration of the live stream is 11:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 15:30. It's not clear yet if any specific setup is required, so I'm open to proposals with suggestions. In addition to the live streaming, I also need a service provider to record the video. The right freelancer should have experience with multi-camera live streaming, as well as with video recording and editing if required.
