Classroom Video Subtitling

I am looking for a video editor to add subtitles to a classroom video of mine that runs for less than an hour. The sole task is to clearly and accurately caption the speech making the content accessible for all viewers. All footage is to be retained in the video, so no need for cuts or alterations. Ideal candidates should have experience in video captioning and a keen ear for language nuances. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure the accuracy of the subtitles.
