Clarify and Stabilize Screen Recording

I have a short screen-recorded clip that turned out shaky and hard to read. The middle section is the part I need to inspect closely because I suspect my wife left the house while I was asleep, and that timestamp holds the evidence.
Please stabilize the footage so it plays smoothly and sharpen whatever detail you can without introducing artifacts—brightness, contrast, and noise tweaks are fine as long as the result looks natural. I’m not sure of the current file format (I’ll send you the original straight from my phone), so feel free to transcode it to whatever works best for you; I only ask that the final deliverable be a common format I can replay on both Windows and iOS.
Deliverables:
• The cleaned, stabilized video in full resolution
• A brief note outlining what corrections you applied and any sections where quality could not be improved further
