Cinematic Wedding Highlight Reel Creation

I'm looking for a skilled video editor who can add a cinematic touch to our wedding footage. Specifically,
- Create a highlight reel (5-8 mins long)
- Tell a story using the speeches and other sound recorded during the wedding
- Possess significant experience in editing wedding videos
- Can work back and forth to achieve elegent, but fun and tear jerking wedding stories!
A broad understanding of the entire editing process is required for this project. A flair in artistic subtlety and storytelling through video is a must.
