I’m putting together a vertical Instagram reel that will introduce our new real estate development in a bold, cinematic way. All of the raw material you’ll work with is 3D animation—no live-action footage—so the edit must lean on dynamic pacing, stylish transitions, tasteful motion graphics, and a polished color grade to feel like a film trailer rather than a slideshow.

Key storytelling beats:
• Showcase the standout property features first—facade, lobby, amenities floor, and unit interiors.
• Close on the lifestyle angle: sunrise balcony views, shared spaces, and any animated crowd or family moments that convey day-to-day living.

Specs & workflow:
• 9:16 aspect, under 60 seconds, 1080×1920 export in H.264.
• Please supply the final rendered MP4 plus the project file (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Include on-screen text cues and a cinematic music bed; I’ll provide logo assets and brand fonts once we start.
• Two revision rounds are built in so we can fine-tune pacing and copy placement.
