Cinematic Promotional Video Editing

I'm in need of a professional video editor to transform my raw video clips into a cinematic-style promotional video.
Details:
* The main purpose of this project is to create marketing material. The video should be designed to attract and engage viewers, ultimately leading to a higher conversion rate.
* All footage for this project will be raw video clips. I expect the freelancer to cut irrelevant parts, edit sequences, and add necessary transitions to create a cinematic flow.
* The desired video style is cinematic. The freelancer should be capable of stimulating strong emotions and delivering a strong narrative through the video.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, etc)
* Strong narrative storytelling abilities
* Prior experience in creating cinematic-style videos
