Chronological YouTube Rough Cut Assembly
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have three sets of raw footage from recent outdoor-adventure trips and need a fresh set of eyes to assemble clean, watch-through rough cuts for each video. Your job stops at the rough-cut stage—I’ll take over for pacing tweaks, music, grading, and final polish.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Go through every clip, trim the heads and tails, remove obvious mis-takes, and build one continuous timeline for each video.
• Keep everything strictly chronological so the story flows exactly as the day unfolded.
• Use straight cuts only—no fades, slides, or other transitions.
• When deciding what makes the cut, give priority to the sweeping scenery shots; action or dialogue is secondary unless it’s essential for context.
Deliverables
1. Three separate project files (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Resolve—whatever you’re fastest with) containing the assembled sequences.
2. A low-res H.264 export of each sequence for quick review.
Acceptance checklist
– No blank frames or duplicated shots.
– Audio stays in sync and remains attached to its source clip.
– Sequences start and end cleanly with no color or audio effects applied.
I’ll provide a download link to the footage and a brief reference outline for each shoot as soon as we begin. Looking forward to seeing the story come together.
