I'm looking to hire a dedicated, full-service video production team to create high-quality, faceless Cash Cow-style YouTube videos for my travel documentary channel.
You will be responsible for handling the entire production process — from niche research and scripting to video editing, voiceovers, SEO optimization, and channel management. This will be a long-term, monthly position, and ideally suited for a team of skilled professionals (or a very efficient individual with access to resources).
Scope of Work (Monthly):
• Create 20–30 faceless videos per month
• Each video should be 30 minutes to 1.5 hours long, engaging, cinematic videos & audio, documentary-style

3. Voiceover

4. Video Editing
◦ Source royalty-free and licensed footage from platforms like Storyblocks, Envato Elements, etc.
◦ Add cinematic video clips, cinematic background audio with Sound effects, dynamic titles, B-roll, smooth transitions
◦ Use Ai image to video if needed
5. Thumbnails & Titles
◦ Research viral thumbnails and titles in the niche
◦ Design click-worthy thumbnails and SEO-optimized titles
6. Uploading & SEO
◦ Upload videos to my YouTube channel
◦ Add SEO-rich descriptions, tags, and relevant hashtags
◦ Optimize for search rankings and viewer engagement
7. Channel Management
◦ Ensure consistent branding
◦ Track video performance and suggest improvements
◦ Keep the channel active and growing
Communication and approval for video topic with research report, approval for video script, approval for final video before upload, approval of thumbnail before upload. Maximum 2-3 revisions each per script, thumbnail and video
