Bold YouTube Thumbnail Design -- 2

I’m preparing a fresh batch of videos for my VFX-and-reels tutorial channel and need eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that instantly shout “watch me.” The job centres on thumbnail editing only; I already have the raw stills and branding assets ready to go.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Format: 1280 × 720 px, under 2 MB, delivered in layered PSD plus a flattened PNG for each design
• Style: bold, colourful compositions with strong contrast and crisp typography that stays readable on mobile
• Turnaround: first draft set of three within 48 hours, revisions (if any) inside 24 hours after feedback
• Volume: an initial batch of 10 thumbnails, with ongoing work if we click

Acceptance checklist:
1. Colour palette aligns with my channel’s neon-on-dark aesthetic.
2. Subject faces are sharp and well-lit; no pixelation.
3. Text limited to 4–6 words, large enough to read at 10% scale.
4. Final PSD remains fully editable: separate layers for background, subject cut-out, text, and colour grading.

All communication can be in English or Hindi, whichever is easiest. My studio’s based in Azad Nagar Road No. 1, Kankarbagh, Patna, so if you’re local that’s a plus, but remote collab over Google Drive is perfectly fine.
